Production Process

1. Precision forging
The rough product is formed through precision forging.

2. Processing
Use precision machining to finalize the product shape and trim the details.

3. Drilling
Drill holes as required by the design.

4. Precision forging

5. Copper sulfate
The red copper is released through the positive and negative currents, and after repeated soaking, the surface pores are slowly filled, making it more stable and durable, and the surface gloss is more perfect.

6. Electroplating
We have passed the American SC2 electroplating standard and have an ISO9001 certified professional electroplating factory.
Electroplating film thickness: CR chromium 0.2~0.25um, Ni nickel above 12um.
Electroplating film thickness: CR chromium 0.2~0.25um, Ni nickel above 12um.

7. Quality Control Inspection
Each product must undergo strict inspection before it can be packaged and shipped.

8. Water pressure test
The test was conducted using RO reverse osmosis water, which is clean and will not pollute the waterway.
High water pressure: 15kgf/cm2
Low water pressure: 5kgf/cm2
High water pressure: 15kgf/cm2
Low water pressure: 5kgf/cm2

9. Salt spray test
More than 120 hours to ensure the faucet body is more durable and brighter.

10. Flow test
Water pressure (1.5-3 kg water pressure)
